Getting Started with ETNOWE
· How do I sign up for ETNOWE?
o Download the app from the App store or Google Play store and follow the sign-up instructions provided
· How does ETNOWE work?
o ETNOWE works in 3 easy steps. Sign Up and register as a store, import and verify your inventory and prices and in less than a month start receiving pickup and delivery orders and increasing your revenue.
· Is ETNOWE available in my area?
o ETNOWE is available nationwide for all Merchants interested in joining our platform.
· How long does it take to start selling on ETNOWE?
o It takes 2 weeks to complete the registration, inventory verification and training to start takin orders on ETNOWE. Don’t worry we’ll be full communication with you every step of the way
· How do I download my inventory?
o Each POS system has provided instructions on how to download your inventory CSV format. Contact your onboarding specialists for detailed instructions for your POS system
· How do I get pictures of my inventory?
o Contact your onboarding specialists
· What are the gadgets do I need as a ETNOWE partner?

Updating Inventory and Pricing
· How can I update the prices of my items?
o Login to the ETNOWE Admin portal, follow the instructions below to update your prices:

· How can I upload photos?
o Your onboarding specialists will be happy to assist you with this
· How can I add/delete items?
o You can add/delete items by logging in to the ETNOWE Admin portal and following the below instructions

· Can I add a new category?
o Yes, you can add a new category if the provided categories on ETNOWE does not match your inventory. Contact your onboarding specialists.
Hours of Operation
· Can I temporarily stop taking orders?
o Yes, you can temporarily stop taking orders by declining the order
· Can I update my operating hours?
o Yes, you can update your operating hours by logging into the Admin portal on the web
· How do scheduled orders work?
o Scheduled orders are to be picked by a customer or delivered to a customer within a set time of the day
· How do I go on ETNOWE vacation mode?
o Going on vacation mode is not available in the current release of the ETNOWE app but will be available in the next release, but in order not to take any orders decline the orders
Account and Payment
· How do I login to the Merchant Dashboard/portal
o To log into to the Merchant Dashboard/portal click on this link
· How do I setup payment method
o You can setup a payment method by logging into your ETNOWE app, click on Banking and you will be redirected to setup your payment method on Stripe
· How do I get paid? (Payment Schedule)
o You get paid in 3 business days for all completed orders
· How much does it cost to be a merchant on ETNOWE?
o It is free to register for ETNOWE merchant for the first year, after one year there will be a $49.99 free every month
· How do I file taxes on goods sold on the ETNOWE platform?
o ETNOWE will provide you with tax information at the end of the year
· My payment is missing what do I do?
o Contact support, we’ll get to the bottom of it.
Receiving and Fulfilling Orders
· Add users to portal
o You can add a user to the portal by clicking on “Team Member” under management on the app
· How do I accept orders?
o Once an order is placed, a notification will be sent to you, once you click on “View order” there is an option at the bottom of the page to accept or decline the order
· How do I view past orders and summary reports?
o You can view past orders on the orders page
· Can I contact the customer?
o For now, you are not able to contact the customer via the ETNOWE app
· Can I cancel an order after accepting and order?
o No, you cannot cancel an order after accepting the order
· Can I request more time to fulfill an order?
o No, you cannot request more time to fulfil an order
· Can I edit prices on a live order?
o No, you cannot and will not be allowed to edit prices on a live order
· What are the best practices to reduce errors?
§ Pay attention to the orders
§ Bag the items accordingly
§ Bag the items in a timely manner to ensure the driver picks it up on time
· How do I ensure customer satisfaction (quality and quantity check)?
o To ensure customer satisfaction you must pay close attention to the order and instructions of the customer
· How does the order get delivered to the customer?
o The ETNOWE app provides a delivery driver whenever a customer places a delivery order
